Step 1: Find the Invitation Entry Point
On the “Team Management” page, ensure you've switched to the team you want to invite members to (e.g., the “sharklogin” team). Click the “Invite Members” button in the top-right corner of the page (as indicated by the red arrow in the first image).
Step 2: Copy the Invitation Link
After clicking the “Invite Members” button, an “Invite Members” window will pop up.
In the window, locate the “Invite via Link” section, which displays a unique invitation link.
Click the “Copy Link” button (as shown by the red arrow in the second image) to copy the invitation link.
Step 3: Send the Invitation
Share the copied invitation link with the person you want to invite to the team via email or instant messaging apps (e.g., iMessage, WhatsApp).
Step 4: Member Joins and Approval
The invited person will click the link you sent and follow the prompts to submit a join request. As the team creator or an admin with approval permissions, you need to review the request in the “Member Applications” section. Once approved, the member will successfully join the team.
In the “Member Applications” page, you can view lists of “Pending,” “Approved,” and “Rejected” applications. In the “Pending” list, review and approve or reject the member's application. The result will be reflected in the “Approved” or “Rejected” lists accordingly.
