Profile Management Module
The Profile Management module in SharkLogin offers a range of practical features to help users efficiently manage their profiles. Below is a beginner-friendly guide, using "profile" instead of "environment" as requested, written in a conversational style and aligned with your previous inputs.
Group Filtering and Search
- Use the “All Groups” dropdown menu to select a specific group or enter conditions in the search bar to quickly locate a desired profile.
- Filter profiles further using status tags like “All,” “Opened,” or “Created by Me” for more precise results.

Profile Status and Permission Operations
- Start/Stop: Control the running state of a profile by launching or closing it.
- Authorize: Assign usage permissions to specific team members for a profile.
- Share: Share a profile with others for collaborative access.
- Transfer: Change the ownership of a profile to another user or team.
