Invitation Link Issue: Link Invalid

Cause: The invitation link has expired (default validity is 24 hours) or was accidentally altered.
Solution:

  • Go to “Team Management → Invite Members” to generate a new invitation link and send it.
  • Ensure the link is complete and hasn't been truncated or modified.

Team Members Unable to View Shared Environments/AccountsCause: The member's role lacks sufficient permissions, or the environment/account wasn't shared with the correct department/role.
Solution:

  • Navigate to “Role Management” and verify that the member's role has “View Shared Resources” permission.
  • Reconfigure sharing settings, ensuring the member's department or role is selected.

Data from Original Team Not Visible After Switching TeamsCause: Data between teams is independent, and switching teams loads only the current team's resources.
Solution:

  • Click your account name in the top-right corner and select the original team from the “Switch Team” option to view its data.
  • If you need to share data across teams, use the “Resource Transfer” function to manually migrate the relevant resources.
