Client Issues

1. Client Crashes or Fails to Open on StartupCause: The client installation files are corrupted, the computer lacks required dependencies (e.g., .NET Framework), or there's a conflict with other software.
Solution:

  • Uninstall the client, then download and install the latest version from sharklogin.com.
  • Install the required version of .NET Framework (available for download on the official website).
  • Disable antivirus software temporarily and try launching again.

2. Client Shows “Version Outdated, Please Update” but Update FailsCause: Network instability interrupts the update package download, or the installation directory lacks write permissions.
Solution:

  • Manually download the latest installation package from the official website (sharklogin.com) and perform an overwrite installation.
  • Right-click the client icon, select “Run as Administrator,” and try updating again.

3. Incomplete Data Loading in Client (e.g., Empty Environment List or Missing Proxies)Cause: Local cache issues or a disrupted connection to the server.
Solution:

  • Close the client and delete the “cache” folder in the installation directory.
  • Verify that your network can stably connect to sharklogin.com before restarting the client.
