1. Environment Fails to Launch, Showing “Configuration File Loading Error”Cause: The configuration file for the environment is corrupted or not enabled.
Solution:
- Go to “Account Management” and check if the configuration file tied to the environment is in the “Enabled” state.
- If the configuration file is corrupted, delete it, create a new one, and rebind it to the environment.
2. Web Pages Load Slowly or Appear Blank After Environment LaunchCause: Unstable local network, excessive browser cache in the environment, or a slow proxy IP.
Solution:
- Verify your local network connection is stable (e.g., restart your router if needed).
- Clear the browser cache in the environment's settings.
- Switch to a faster proxy IP in “Proxy Management” (use the proxy delay test feature to find a better option).
3. Lag or Crashes When Running Multiple Environments SimultaneouslyCause: Insufficient computer memory or CPU resources, or the environment's “memory limit” setting is too low.
Solution:
- Close unnecessary background programs to free up system resources.
- Go to “Environment Management → Settings” and increase the memory limit for the environment (e.g., from 2GB to 4GB).
- Reduce the number of environments running at the same time.
